- 4 dozen cookies
- 1 cup butter
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 1/2 cups White Lily® Enriched Bleached All-Purpose Flour
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1/3 cup powdered sugar
- HEAT oven to 325°F.
- BEAT butter, sugar and vanilla in large bowl at medium speed of electric mixer 4 minutes.
- STIR in flour and pecans just until blended. Roll into 1-inch balls or crescents. Place 1 inch apart on ungreased baking sheet.
- BAKE 20 minutes or until very lightly browned around edges. Cool on wire rack. Roll in powdered sugar.
