Rated 5 out of 5 by from Continuing a long term relationship My grandmother made biscuits on a wood fired stove when I was young, but I didn't learn how to make them until much later in my life. But for my whole biscuit making career, I've used this flour. I occasionally have tried others when I could not find my White Lily Unbleached self rising. But the biscuits do not turn out as light and tasty. What more can I say. I highly recommend this product! I will continue to use it myself.
